Resolved Question: What is the most academic elementary public school in Petaluma, California?

We are moving to Petaluma soon and are trying to figure out what the best school to send our two children (going into grades 2 and 5) to is. We have been in a private school, but want to change to public. Waldorf is not for us. We want a school that is academic and has art, music, and advanced programs. We want a community school where parents are involved and the school must have good leadership. Any help at all would be much appreciated.
